Presumed Innocent is highly refined and a superbly maintained Princess. Additional options and upgrades include a Seakeeper 6, Williams Minijet Tender on a custom hydraulic swim platform mount, Lithium Ion house batteries with supercharger, Inverter, AGM start batteries, Intellian Satellite, Forward Facing Panoptix Live Scope sonar, dishwasher and underwater lights. Her joystick control IPS pods were rebuilt this year and her Volvo IPS 600 diesels. Teak decking is smooth and clean. Her soft goods throughout are impeccable as is the satin finished joinerwork. From her high quality stainless steel exterior fittings, such as the triple siding entrance door, to her galley appliances, Presumed Innocent is a fine example of European yacht construction. Step aboard and enter the cockpit or port side deck by either of two teak decked stairwells from the hydraulic teak faced swim platform. Stainless steel grab-rails insure safe boarding while the stainless starboard side gate offers security for children and pets in the cockpit area.
To starboard is a recessed cockpit shower with hot/cold pressure water. To port is a Glendenning Cable Master and stainless steel rotary hose reel. Cockpit decking and side steps to the foredeck are teak, recently cleaned and bright. Two suction mounted rod holders are located to port and starboard side of the cockpit.
A semi circular lounge with storage underneath is enhanced by a drop leaf, gloss varnished teak table on a stainless steel pedestal. The built-in gas-fueled grill, circular stainless steel sink and ice-maker are housed in a stainless steel, satin finished cabinet located to starboard with a storage cabinet under the grill. Overhead,an electric retractable cockpit Bimini affords flexible protection from the sun, spray or inclement weather. Covers for the table and seating are included.
The hydraulic platform has a custom mounted center console, Williams Minjet tender with cover that seats four. A small garage is located in the transom of Presumed Innocent for misc. gear.
Main deck and side decks are white, non-skid in excellent condition. Forward on the bow are dual sunpads with covers. Stainless steel rails, handrails, and intermediate cable lifelines afford ample protection as one moves around the deck. The lack of sun damage and salt corrosion to all exterior gel-coat, glass and metals is testament to the one-owner care Presumed Innocent has received and is a clear benefit of the vessel having spent the first four years of its career in the cool, gentle climate of Northern California.
Dual stainless steel sliding doors open the saloon to the adjoining flush level cockpit area. Abundant natural lighting from the 360 degree windows is further enhanced by the three fixed skylights in the electronically controlled opening sunroof. A large U-shaped raised settee to port, is newly upholstered and served by a drop- leaf, satin finished, teak, electronically operated, high-low table. Opposite to starboard is the built-in entertainment cabinet with hi-low TV, audio system controls, glassware drawers and a small day fridge with ice- maker. Satin finished joinerwork, natural, neutral soft good colors and cabinet top are accented by grey soft valences and anodized aluminum window frames. Aft saloon drapes and side window Oceanair blinds afford privacy.
The raised starboard-side helm is complete with dual adjustable bucket-type helm seats, electric opening side window, tilt steering wheel, contoured dash with built-in electronics, storage areas, engine displays, equipment rocker switches and non-glare, gray surfaces. Dual single lever engine controls, joystick IPS pod control, bow- thruster and trim tab controls are located on an ergonomically designed arm rest side panel. Forward in the centerline companionway to the lower deck is the AC/DC control center.
Electrical panels and Mastervolt charger display are all situated at easy-to-view and access eye level. Sight lines and visibility from the helm area are unobstructed and equal distant to bow and stern for accurate, close quarter maneuvering. The convenient, large under-helm seat storage area houses the yacht’s equipment manuals, ship’s papers and assorted gear.
Down five steps from the helm area, there is an L-shaped settee with high-low single piece table to starboard which converts to additional berthing. A single ottoman enhances the dining accommodations. A flatscreen TV is mounted on the aft bulkhead. A stainless steel and leather wrapped handrail is full height and offers secure access to and from this area. Neutral colored bound-edged carpet on each step and through the seating / dining area is clean and unworn. Oceanair blinds over the stainless steel oval ports control the natural lighting and privacy in the spacious, comfortable area.
The galley is adjacent to port with the sink, cooktop, convection microwave and dishwasher on the same level as the L-settee and table for convenient and secure serving while also keeping chef’s conversation and interaction with those seated on the L-settee socially involved. Under the stairwell is china storage in a secure, well-designed drawer. Aft and outboard is the large, dual-door refrigerator / freezer with expansive cabinetry situated above the galley perimeter. Pots and pans, silverware, etc., drawers are located inboard of the dishwasher. An overhead hood with ventilator and lighting is strategically placed above the cooktop.
Located amidship and down one step from the galley is a centerline, queen berth, aligned fore and aft, with a custom Tempurpedic mattress. Nightstands are to either side and a fabric covered headboard across most of the aft bulkhead. A large built-in sofa is to starboard with a spacious six-drawer, built-in bureau to port. Dual hanging locker with mirrored doors is forward of the bureau. A 36″ flatscreen TV is mounted on the forward bulkhead next to the entry door to the master head. Fully carpeted with large windows on either hull side, two circular opening ports and abundant natural lighting provides a quiet and serene environment. Excellent headroom and storage. Neutral colors offset the satin finished joinerwork.
Just forward of the owner’s stateroom is the bright and airy owner’s head with stall shower, circular wash basin and freshwater head. Stainless steel fixtures, off-white sole and shower surfaces enhance the spotless plexiglass shower divider, satin finished cabinetry and mirrored cabinet doors over the white porcelain sink.
Located forward of the lower saloon and featuring a raised queen, centerline berth, aligned fore and aft with four large drawers built in under the berth. A dual mirrored door hanging locker is to starboard and the door to the guest / day head is to port. A fabric covered headboard and aft bulkhead offset the satin finished joinerwork and veneers trimming out the hull sides. A flatscreen TV is mounted on the forward bulkhead. There is a overhead hatch to the foredeck with privacy slider, two opening oval ports on either hull sides and Oceanair Levolor blinds. Fully carpeted.
